Borrowing (books), reading and lending periodicals, interlibrary lending, booking borrowable documents, internet usage, photocopying, scanning, printing, topic monitoring, literature research, children's activities, organizing exhibitions.
The library is located in the same building as the House of Culture.
Registration fee
The library's services are free but limited in some cases (e.g. photocopying, printing)
